If I could, they'd get 15 stars! After the horrible ice storm in our area, we sustained a tremendous amount of tree damage. David's crew did a beautiful job trimming, cutting, mulching and cleaning up after themselves. In 40+ years of homeownership, and needing arbor work done, Ross Family's team has been the most cohesive and professional group ever! I couldn’t have received any better service. I had numerous trees that had fallen across my driveway from a recent storm and I needed to gas for my generator and propane for my furnace. Ross Family tree service was my first call for help. They came right out and removed the trees off the driveway in an UTV since the roads in my area were impassable vehicle. I am a customer for life.

These guys did an awesome job. Very careful where they dropped trees. Went above and beyond what was expected. Even cut up and stacked a large tree without being asked.

Cannot praise this company enough! They did a fabulous job, in a record time, and cleaned up, like it was their home, and company was coming over. The first thing my husband commented on was how clean the yard was, after they left. What I appreciated most was that the owner showed up to give an estimate, when he said he would, the estimate was the actual cost, and he showed up, when he said he would, to do the work. Can seem hard to find someone to follow through on things, when they say they will, these days. So that was definitely noticed and respected! Every crew member was nice and knew their job. They got their plan together and went right to work. Seriously appreciate these guys and their work ethic. Will definitely call them again, when the need arises and will recommend them to everyone!
